1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Jewellery Rate Post ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Jewellery Rate Post is a SaaS platform that enables jewellery shop owners to create professional gold rate cards. The service includes access to templates, design tools, and the ability to download generated images for use on social media and other marketing channels.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service

4. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: Limited downloads and templates with watermark
• Pro Plan: Extended limits, no watermark, custom branding
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited usage, all features, priority support

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through DodoPay
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bhavitech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content (logos, images) you upload to the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

Bhavitech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
